1) Rules applicable
The contract is governed by the following provisions and Legislative Decree No. 111 of 17 March 1995, Directive 90/314/EEC, the relevant international conventions and in particular the Brussels Convention of 23 April 1970, enforced by the law No 27 December 1977 1084, the Warsaw Convention of 12 October 1929 on International Carriage by Air, enforced by law No 19 May 1932 41, the Berne Convention of 25 February 1961 on rail transport, as enforced by the Law No 2 March 1963 806, as applicable to the services of the package, as well as the forecasts of the Civil Code and other rules of law, as not derogated from the provisions of this contract.
Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability. The reservation is effective upon confirmation by the organizer. 3) Price - Review - AccontiIl

4) Assignment / Withdrawal

7) Cancellation of the trip

The responsibility for Bus Travel Cerresi sas in your capacity as an organizer of the trips in respect of passengers and their things and property, is governed by the laws and international conventions referred to in art. 1. 9) Liability of carriers
Carriers are liable only for the duration of travelers with their means of transportation, in accordance with which they expected in their conditions of carriage. The programs, therefore, are published under the sole responsibility of the organizers. So they are not published on behalf of carriers, whose services are used during the trip or, therefore, commit them.
10) Documents for travel abroad

11) Guarantee Fund
Under Article. 21 d. IGT. 111 of 17 March 1995, the establishment of a guarantee fund at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers which will benefit all travelers in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy of the Seller or the Organiser, for the reimbursement of the price paid and repatriation in case of travel abroad. 12) Claims and complaints

The traveler loses the right to ask the organizer compensation for any damages for loss of money, objects of considerable economic value and securities of any kind, unless such property has complained in writing prior to travel and therefore do not have insured.
For any dispute will be referred to the Court which houses the organizing agency.
The Bus Travel Cerresi sas is covered by insurance EUROPE ASSISTANCE No 14817 Liability for third parties. VALIDITY OF PROGRAM: from 1/11/2001.
